This is like asking which is better, a large limousine or a sports car? It all depends on the situation and the purpose for which it's needed.

Secure ftp client includes all current safety standards, such as SSL, TLS, SSH, PGP, password encryption. FTP client supports multithreading data transfer, the ability to synchronize folders and files, scripting, and 128-256 bit encryption.
